• Our OEM factory and shipping location are both located in China.
• Orders are processed within up to 5 working days, and international shipping typically takes about 6-15 days.
• Please note that delivery times may vary depending on different country addresses and various factors such as transit and customs clearance.
• To ensure smooth delivery, please provide the correct and specific English address, including your name and contact number, during checkout.
• We're currently utilizing Yunexpress for shipping. Feel free to enter the tracking number through this link to keep tabs on your package's journey. 
• If you need to change your address, please contact us via email.

               2. Refund and Return:

• You can return the product free of charge before shipment. Once the product has been shipped, standard return policies apply.
• In case of any quality issues with the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods to discuss further procedures.

               3. Product Quality:

• We prioritize sourcing official new plain-colored minifigure bodies from various channels to maintain product integrity, We strictly refrain from purchasing any second-hand minifigures, including those with removed patterns, to minimize damage and scratches on the minifigure bodies. Despite our efforts, minor imperfections may still occur due to transportation and handling.
• Our minifigures undergo production supervision by factories specializing in pad printing, ensuring quality, although slight printing errors may occasionally occur and are considered normal.
